You may view pages for personal professional reference but may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission. Trade marks belonging to journotrix may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express consent.

Availability, Changes, Suspension and Termination
journotrix aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that the service involves live broadcasting elements where complete technical perfection cannot be guaranteed and you accept the associated commercial risks.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless journotrix, its officers and staff from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of feeds or your infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law, Courts and Consumer Dispute Rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the UK may also bring proceedings in their local courts. Nothing affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law including the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable.
Severability, Waiver, Changes and Contact
If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. journotrix may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
